In this Psy-Time exercise, you will see your limiting beliefs as pillars of stone, solid and unmoving. Unmoving, that is, until you de-energize them through your power and expectation. Then you will replace them with ones more suited to your desires.

This Psy-Time exercise will lead you into your future by making your future self so real that he or she literally comes alive, so alive you can sense them on your probability path.

Side One: Changing Your Past Self
In this exercise you will visit a past self who was emotionally distraught and work with him or her to change the outcome of that event by changing their beliefs.
Side Two: A Meeting of Selves—Past, Present and Future
This is a very powerful exercise in which your present and future selves meet with several of your past selves and discuss what the future holds for them. They help your past selves change their beliefs and expand their horizons, thereby allowing the future self to be actualized.
